VOLUNTEER ENROLLMENT FORM
of the By-Laws of the Montgomery Emergency Management Agency (Civil Defense) (in part) read as follows:
This organization is made up of volunteer citizens, each trained in a specific area but sufficiently knowledgeable in other areas to function smoothly, should the need arise. All members of this organization are volunteers and will receive no reimbursement for their participation.
All members of this Organization must be at least 18 years of age, and a citizen of Montgomery Borough or Clinton Township. Persons wishing to join this Organization from other municipalities may do so if their municipality does not have a Civil Defense Director or does not have an active Civil Defense Organization.
The information gathered on this form will be forwarded to the Borough of Montgomery Emergency Management Coordinator for the purpose of contacting you regarding your volunteer status and services.
